Our Story
At J&J Haven Home Care LLC, our story began long before the business. We met in elementary school and have remained close friends for over 30 years, supporting each other through every stage of life. Along the way, we both found ourselves stepping into caregiver roles for loved ones and experienced firsthand how meaningful compassionate and, dependable support can be. Those experiences inspired us to create a company centered around helping families navigate the same challenges with genuine care.
Jeana Farlow
Jeana combines her experience in business management and analytics with a deeply personal understanding of caregiving. After experiencing firsthand the emotional weight of finding quality support for loved ones, she became passionate about building a company centered around reliability, compassion, and genuine care. She is dedicated to helping families feel supported, informed, and confident in the care their loved ones receive.
Jennifer Caves
Jennifer is a Registered Nurse, with several years of experience. Her time has been spent primarily in emergency medicine. Her certifications include: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. She is a born and raised Hoosier, and she has a passion for helping others.
